Let me start off by stating this - Jacob Zuma is innocent. That's unless proven guilty by a court of law. But until such time he is innocent. That's the way our system is supposed to work. The court case where Zuma got a reprieve from being called to court on corruption and bribery cases by a senior judge got reversed and the National Prosecuting Authority can now go ahead with it's charges against JZ. The main issue Zumas' attorneys had against the previous case was that Zuma were never given the chance of stating his case before being charged - isn't that what court is there for? But in his judgment the judge made allegations (precisely that - allegations) against Mbeki and his government of interference and possible corrupt actions in getting Zuma prosecuted. Now Mbeki has been exonerated. His claim of non-interference does not have to be proofed and the ANC NECs decision to fire Mbeki as President of South Africa all of a sudden was not because of what the judge said, but because the NEC were disappointed in Mbekis' leadership of the ANC. Now the ANC is on the warpath (again). They got rid of the Scorpions, now they're after the NPA. The chief whip, one Mr Booi reckons with the advent of the NPA and the Scorpions they might have overlooked some basic issues such as authority and it's structures. The NPA reports to the President and deals directly with the courts. The ANC has no hold over it and that's what they're planning on changing. I got this from Snowy Smith, Senior Complaints Investigator, Consumer Protection Guide (No Fear, No Favour) for Fair Civil Law - RACIAL DISCRIMINATION – South Africa?
The decision by the Appeal Court Bloemfontein in favour of the National Prosecuting Authority against President Jacob Zuma is obviously based on "Racial Discrimination"
"Racial Discrimination" because President Jacob Zuma is "BLACK" There is no other logical explanation.
He must immediately lodge an appeal to the Constructional Court, Bloemfontein.
Then he can be elected President of South Africa thereafter he can fire all the Constructional Court Judges and replace them with Julius Malema and the ANC Youth League.
At the opening of Parliament he can push through an urgent Bill on the first sitting making it illegal for the National Prosecuting Authority to Prosecute any member of the ANC without his written authority.
If in doubt President Zuma should get hold of a copy of MAD BOB Mugabe instruction manual where it sets out the procedure in detail.
Problem solved.
In exchange for this sound advice I expect an invitation to the celebrations party which should cost nothing less than R100 Million. Snowy wants it known that he, himself, is exceedingly politically incorrect. He can be reached here. As I was saying, if you don't agree with the ANC and what they're doing, you're out. Be fortunate and deem yourself lucky that Julius is not on your case! A report released today a delegate mentioned that no person with a criminal record should be allowed to serve in government. What a brilliant thought? Is this something that's been discussed for years before coming to this, or is it the first time someone was afforded the opportunity to voice this without fear of intimidation or loss of life? International doctors went to visit Zimbabwe and came back shocked. Mugabe should be charged with crimes against humanity - that part we know. Instead the man claims that Zimbabwe belongs to him and that he'll never surrender. Surrender what precisely? A country with over 2 000 deaths due to cholera alone? A country with an inflation rate so high that you need a truckload of money to pay for a bar of soap? A country where medical staff haven't been payed for months and has no medical resources? A country with millions of starving people and a collapsed economy? Who wants it anyway Bob? All you have is Africa. All you have is the support of African leaders who only support you because they want to resolve African issues the African way - who cares if anything actually gets resolved? This is Africa after all. Here we don't need the UN or Europe or the USA to interfere. They can give us money, but that's it. We need the money so our rulers can live in splendor.
